When I'm weak and worn and feel alone

When the fear won't leave my heart

I lift my eyes to where my help comes from

And find my strength in who You are

You are the Rock I’m standing on

My victory, my battle song

I can do all things through Him

Jesus Christ, my strength within

You go before, You light the way

I will not fear, I will not stray

For every trial, You meet me there

When the mountains rise before my eyes

And doubt tries to pull me down

Your Word reminds me who I am in You

In Your power, I am found

You are the hope that lifts me high
