Love is patient, love is kind,
It never leaves the weak behind.
It doesn’t envy, doesn’t boast,
It’s the one we need the most.

Through every storm, through every trial,
Love will stand, it won’t grow tired.
Through every tear, through every fight,
Love will shine its holy light.

Love never fails, love never breaks,
It holds us strong, it won’t forsake.
It always hopes, it always trusts,
Love is the light, shining through us.

Love’s not selfish, won’t deceive,

It won’t be proud, won’t bring shame,
It lifts the weak, it heals the pain.
